Seriously, you could have these for breakfast. I use Apple Sauce and Honey to Naturally Sweeten. Almond Meal in place of wheat flour and flax meal for added nutrients fiber and omegas. They are SO moist and delicious, and healthy enough that you do not have to feel guilty for having a cookie before noon.
